What can I keep in FoodKeep?

Your recipes, ingredients, instructions, photos and notes. Make cookbooks, mark favorites and find recipes by name or ingredient. You can also send links and text through the iOS share sheet, then review and edit the draft before saving.

Does it automatically import a whole recipe?

The current version saves shared links and text to an inbox for you to review. Automatic website extraction, photo scanning and AI imports are not available yet.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed for the local kitchen. Your recipes, meal plans and grocery lists are stored on your device. The current local kitchen does not synchronize between devices.

Can I use it when I’m offline?

Your saved local kitchen is available offline. Opening a recipe’s original website or using online account services requires an internet connection.

When can I download it?

FoodKeep is getting ready for its first App Store release. This page will link to the app when it is available.

Will there be a subscription?

We’re preparing FoodKeep Plus with monthly and annual options. Final features, prices and any introductory offer will be shown in the app before purchase. There is no payment or subscription signup on this website.
